The EMAA Head Start Policy Meeting was held Monday, October 3, 2005 in Park Hills, Missouri at the EMAA Central Office.

 

APPROVALS GRANTED

 

1.       Consideration of Minutes: The Council approved the Regular Session and Executive Session minutes for the September 2005 meeting as presented.

 

Approval of Reports Received:

 

1.       Expenditure Report for September 2005

 

2.       Personnel Action Report for September 2005

 

3.       Non-Federal Match Report for September 2005

 

MATTERS DISCUSSED

 

1.         The Council elected the following Officers:

v     Angela Litton-Chairperson

v     Corinne Bridgeman-Vice-Chairperson

v     Amy Helms-Secretary

 

2.       The Council elected Carolyn Bittick as the liaison to the Board of Directors.

 

3.       The Council appointed members to the Executive and Grant Fiscal Committee.

 

4.       The Council approved the Plan for the Head Start Self-Assessment.
