The EMAA Head Start Policy Meeting was held Monday, March 7, 2005 in Park Hills, Missouri at the EMAA Central Office.

 

APPROVALS GRANTED

 

1.       Consideration of Minutes: The Council approved the Regular Session minutes for the February 2005 meeting as presented.

 

Approval of Reports Received:

 

1.       January 2005 Expenditure Report

 

2.       Personnel Action Report for January 2005

 

3.       Non-Federal Match Report for January 2005

 

MATTERS DISCUSSED

 

1.       Policy Council approved a Code of Conduct.

 

2.       Renee informed the Council of the Self-Assessment results.

 

3.       Renee presented revised By-Laws for Council to review.

 

4.       Renee requested volunteers for Bid committee to assist with sale of old truck.
