The EMAA Head Start Policy Meeting was held Monday, January 3, 2005 in Park Hills, Missouri at the EMAA Central Office.

 

APPROVALS GRANTED

 

1.       Consideration of Minutes: The Council approved the Regular Session minutes for the December 2004 meeting as presented. The Executive Session minutes for the December 2004 meeting were also approved.

 

2.       Approval of Reports Received:

a.                  November 2004 Expenditure Report

b.                 November 2004 Personnel Action Report

c.       December 2004 Non-Federal Match Report

 

MATTERS DISCUSSED

 

1.       Mary Weiss, HS Bookkeeper, held training on Expenditure report.

 

2.       Policy Council approved the Weather Leave Policy as presented and will now be presented to the Board of Directors.

 

3.       Renee passed out report on Head Start Outcomes.
