The EMAA Head Start Policy Meeting was held Monday, February 7, 2005 in Park Hills, Missouri at the EMAA Central Office.

 

APPROVALS GRANTED

 

1.       Consideration of Minutes: The Council approved the Regular Session and Executive Session minutes for the January 2005 meeting as presented.

 

Approval of Reports Received:

 

1.       December 2004 Expenditure Report

 

2.       Personnel Action Report for December 2004

 

3.       Non-Federal Match Report for December 2004

 

MATTERS DISCUSSED

 

1.       Renee briefed everyone on In-Kind.

 

2.       Renee informed the Council that we received our Grant Award for 2005.

 

3.       Western Kentucky University conducted training on Program Governance with Policy Council and members from the Board of Directors following the meeting.
